We believe there are 4 primary skills going beyond simple language knowledge that fundamentally influence a individual's ability to succeed globally:

Simply being fluent in English does not on its own mean that an individual is ready to be globally impactful. High-level communication skills are also required in order to maximize one's ability in a non-native environment working with different cultures, customs, and languages.

In such an environment, new techniques are required in order to understand others' way of thinking and values, convey one's own value, accurately deliver one's thoughts and ideas, and ultimately influence the behaviors of others.
